This is not my first book.
.
This is not my first business, and I am not a first time mum.
.
In fact I had multiple businesses.
.
I have been a coach, a mentor and a leader in male dominated spaces.
.
I have helped make huge changes for women experiencing disadvantage.
.
As well as helped many people progress careers, relationships and businesses and take those uncomfortable steps that they did not think they had within them to do.
.
I have taken the tough steps to get where I am and when I reflect back what I see is an remarkable journey✨
.
Where I have had the pleasure to cross paths with some 🧡incredible people that are still part of my life, people I have helped see their brilliance, who still contact me after years like it was yesterday.
.
That still know that if they needed something I would be there for them.
.
✨Because I believe in them.✨
.
What this is for me is something I am passionate about.
.
I remember back to those moments where I was doing it all.
.
Where I felt that it was never ending.
.
😢It was a struggle to pull it all off
.
I struggled to ask for help, I thought I had to do it all on my own, that it had to be possible and that all these other women do it, so can I.
.
😢 I struggled to be the best student, mum, wife, and business owner and employee.
.
I looked for balance and it was no where to be found.
.
It was those moments where I thought I had to keep pushing.
.
Where I had to take some of the hardest hits, that would crush some people and show up even when I knew it was going to be hard.
💙Where I had to show up for others no matter what was happening in my life.
.
💜Some moments I felt I could not take a breath.
.
💛That I did not want to face it.
.
🖤Those were some of the toughest times.
.
💚Where I had to get up, and keep going.
.
🤍To keep going even when I had kids needing me.
.
🧡When I was sick
.
🤎When I needed to provide more care to my kids or family
.
When there was just so many tasks to do that I thought there would be no end to it.
.
When I had no time to sleep as well as the times when I just could not sleep from the pressure.
.
✨You see we are raised in a world where we are taught to lead from our masculine, to action until, to push until there is nothing left in the tank
and in all of those moments, I have felt exhausted, overwhelmed, the push and pull, would result in results but not without consequences on my health, or other parts of my life.
.
.
A huge expense
.
My realisation was that my best results always came when I was truly me.
.
When I allowed myself to take my hands off the steering wheel and let go, with a knowing.
.
A confidence, from my feminine
.
From my Queen Energy 👸
.
A belief, no more of a faith so strong that it was all ok
.
A trust so powerful in those I was supporting with their dreams that they absolutely had this and they could do it.
.
It was in those moments
.
That I knew I had it
.
It was a higher connection with self
.
When time seemed irrelevant
.
When it flowed through me
.
It became easy
.
So this is my passion
.
That no more women struggle, or give up or slip back into a ‘comfortable space’ because it felt too hard.
.
Or that they were pushed to their limits.
.
Or that they spent all their time on working and nothing was left for their loved ones and for them.
.
✨🥂So ladies this is for you, celebrate with me, and it is my gift 🎁 to those of you who are ready to feel the pressure lift, to really allow things to flow.
